What's the delivery time?

As soon as we receive your order, we’ll start creating your jewellery. Normally that would ready within 2-3 days and then we will sent off your order. We will keep you posted along the way.

 

Is gift wrapping possible?

Yes we can wrap your gift free of charge. Just let us know that your order is a gift by adding a comment in the shopping cart. If you even write the occasion like Mother’s Day, we can put a customized gift tag on. It’s also possible to have the gift send directly with a handwritten card - still free of charge.

 

Can I exhange my order to another size or other colors? 

Yes you can exchange your OOAK jewellery to another size or other colors within 30 days from receiving the order and if it hasn’t been worn. Please write an email or give us a call to find the best way for you to return your order. You are always welcome to visit us at the office in Rungsted Kyst or send the jewelleries to us by post.

Do I pay the postage myself?

Yes you will have to pay for the postage yourself. On the other hand we will pay for the delivery of the jewelleries you exchange it to.

Claims

If your jewellery is damaged or if your bracelet gets stock in your knitted sweater, you are always welcome to contact us for help.
